Corporate Services

Our corporate structures help to manage complex financial matters, control risk and seize opportunities.

Working with our partners and clients, we provide bespoke, pragmatic and swift solutions to meet a wide variety of corporate requirements.

We specialise in establishing and administering asset-holding vehicles such as Guernsey or non-Guernsey companies, protected cell companies and limited partnerships.

Our independence means we can provide impartial advice that puts our clients’ best interests first. We can work with any professional partner, creating bespoke service teams from the most appropriate advisers, focused entirely on our client’s specific needs.

We can manage and administer private investment funds, limited partnerships and holding companies, or any combination of these, whilst ensuring the appropriate levels of governance and the highest standards of compliance.

Lancaster holds an investment licence, so we can monitor our clients’ investment assets providing them with oversight and assurance.

We are licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and balance compliance with a forward-thinking and innovative approach to corporate financial structures.

Corporate services include:

  • Company services, including acting as directors of Guernsey and non-Guernsey companies and the provision of corporate statutory services
