Paul joined Lancaster in 2013 and became Group Managing Director of Lancaster Guernsey in 2023. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry holding various senior management positions at a number of local financial institutions and specialises in investments, regulation, compliance, governance and operations. Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
